1. Order Process 

1.1. All orders must be placed through our website's online store order form. 1.2. By submitting an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. 

2. Payment 

2.1. All payments are in USD and are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment processing service. We do not store or manage any payment information. 2.2. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through our website. 

3. Delivery of PDFs 

3.1. Upon successful payment, a PDF containing access information for continuing education hosted by the University of Colorado's CU e-Learning site will be delivered to the email address provided during the order process. 3.2. Please ensure that your email address is correct and that you have access to it. We are not responsible for undelivered emails due to incorrect email addresses or technical issues beyond our control. 

4. Delivery of Printed Products 

4.1. For orders of printed products, we will ship the items to the mailing address provided during the order process. 4.2. Please ensure that your mailing address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undelivered shipments due to incorrect addresses or issues beyond our control. 4.3. Shipping times may vary based on location and shipping method selected. 

5. Refunds and Cancellations 

5.1. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations for online education once the order has been processed and the PDF has been delivered. 5.2. Printed products will be refunded only if the customer returns the order at their own expense. 5.3. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us at kandersonlmsw@gmail.com. 

6. Use of PDFs 

6.1. The PDFs provided are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the PDFs with others without our explicit permission. 6.2. Any unauthorized use of the PDFs may result in legal action.

7.1. All digital, educational and printed products provided by The LandLogic ModelSM are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these products with others without our explicit permission. 7.2. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of our copyrighted materials may result in legal action. 

8. Limitation of Liability 

8.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The LandLogic ModelSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the PDFs; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
